They're back, those metal missionaries, those ministers of mayhem, one of the original pioneers of America's white metal scene, back with this very limited edition live CD-only release. So if you want one of the 990 copies you'd better strike while the iron's hot. Bloodgood's previous outing into the live recordings arena resulted in a pair of below average albums, but this new set is far and above all of that. To Germany With Love' is a true representation of the live experience in which Bloodgood show that they can still rock it with the boys. Classic cuts from each album are fed to the hungry crowd, they just can't get enough. "Self Destruction" is here with the obligatory drum solo and guitarist Paul Jackson shows that he is more than able to pull off the Zaffiro licks on the early stuff. Les Carlsen's message (with interpreter) is included too. Bloodgood have retained their evangelistic vision. This is what white metal is supposed to be.
