As stripped down and bare as acoustic music gets, just a singer and his trusty acoustic singing carefully crafted songs of faith and hope. I liked "Hey Mister" with its liquid lilt. Also, Bob David's delicately picked and wistfully sung take on Psalm 23 is a tuneful delight, while "All I Need To Do", complete with Dylanesque harmonica and assurance of God's grace, is a grower. It was Our Man In Scotland, Dougie Adam, who first drew my attention to this new young songsmith. A grassroots muso showing real potential.
