This album from an independent artist from St Petersburg, Florida is a mix of styles - but despite all the loving care that went into it, it fails to locate its own stylistic identity. Maybe it's because Bobby's vocal style is somewhat mannered on the easy listening ballads. Or maybe it's the production, which too often resorts to cheesy synths. Or perhaps it's because there are simply too many covers here (everyone from Wes Davis to Paul Baloche to the Newsboys). All in all, this is hard to recommend.
