The publicity blurb calls this "well crafted, finely-honed indie pop with a nod to Beth Orton and The Cardigans" and I wouldn't argue with that. The lead song, "Goodbye Winter", is the kind of jangly guitar opus we love to hear on our radios on hot summer days while on each of the four songs here lead singer Anna Ibbotson shows herself to be Britain's answer to Leigh Nash. This Leeds team have been making great music for a few years now and building up a sizeable cult following. Sooner or later they will surely break through to the big time.
