This 1988 album saw Brent Bourgeois and Larry Tagg team up with respected musician and producer Todd Rundgren for a slab of polished '80s pop with a distinct Beatles influence. The team are especially effective on the worldwide hit single "I Don't Mind At All" with its mix of acoustic guitar and intricate string arrangement which still sounds fresh today. That's not true of the second single from the album, "Waiting For The Worm To Turn", which featured Tagg on lead vocals and, in retrospect, was a strange choice for a follow up. Elsewhere the pulsating rock'n'pop sound of "Best Of All Possible Worlds" and the poppier "Pencil & Paper" and "Out Of My Mind" are definite highlights. Very much of its time, this is state of the art '80s pop. The duo split in 1990 and Bourgeois emerged as a Christian artist.
