For awhile South African-born Brenton lived in the UK and contributed some of the most memorable moments to those classic Vineyard UK albums. Now residing in the US Brenton has turned in a magnificent solo album. We live in a church age seemingly swamped with worship songs, but the 13 here are sprinkled with diamonds and several will surely join "Lord Reign In Me" and "Your Love Is Amazing" (of which there are delightful new versions presented here) as songs impacting the world Church. Both the openers "Hosanna" and "I Will Remember" have strong melodies and crisp production from Nathan Nockels (the studio maestro who's recently worked with Matt Redman and Tim Hughes) while "Praise Is Rising", co-written by Brenton with Paul "Open The Eyes Of My Heart" Baloche, and the title song, co-penned with Yfriday's Ken Riley, are gems too. Add to all this the unexpected appearance of those township gospellers Ladysmith Black Mambazo on "We Will Worship Him" and we have a magnificent album which as well as carrying such memorable songs to thousands of local churches will warm hearts and inspire worship when it blasts from countless home stereos.

what an amazing album! I can honestly say that this is the best worship album I've heard in a long time - have been recommending it to everyone I know! Particularly love We Will Worship Him, Everlasting God and Like the Angels though like I said, they're all great.
