This really is very pleasant indeed. It's a wordless batch of traditional hymns, handled in a stately folk style that varies between Celtic (uillean pipes and whistle) and very English Morris-type fiddle and accordion, occasionally laid over some gentle seaside waves and the like. It counts as meditative music, but escapes the danger of background blandness with some skilful touches that make you want to pay attention to what's going on. Several friends who have wandered in to listen have stood quietly for a few moments and said, "Yes, that's lovely isn't it?" Sure is!
