Chuckie Perez is a good funky vocalist and with snappy dance hooks and some tricky programming from producers Troy Johnson and David Guzzman this is excellent 'sanctified dance'. There are guest appearances from Jon Gibson and Crystal Lewis and the lyrics are OK in terms of lightweight communication of spiritual truth. I'd like to see heavier mix of the best couple of jams out on a 12-inch but that apart, this is good-for-the-feet pop soul gospel which gets better every play.
