Coleon, aka Carey Rogers, brings us a mixed rap bag, at times fair, often good and here and there a few real gems. First of these is the anthemic "Squanderin", soaring high on a symphonic hook whilst delivering a challenging message about wasted life: "You need to get up, get out, let your life begin." "Who's God" scored big with me, what with its hypnotic soul flavour laced with some intelligent rhymin', tight beats and a pumping bass keepin the flowin' goin'. All in all a developing sound and should Coleon build on his strengths then this boy should be one to watch.
