What a great collection of works! to include a dvd of the video hits as well. Scott Stapp's songwriting skills are stupendous! Well thought of to the final process of the recording. "Torn" cuts deep, I believe there's not a soul who cannot relate to the lyrics.
"My Own Prison" title song from debut in June 1997;
honest to goodness lyrics from a heart to GOD. The song "Higher" will always be a top fave; one day soon we will be taken higher to the place of golden streets! "One Last Breath" from "Weathered" cd is another top fave song; we are six feet from death, not that far down either. We are in GOD's grace!
"With Arms Wide Open" reminds us that every news we hear affects us and somehow changes us; it is such a great song! This is a great cd, triple fold open; with booklet of lyrics to all the songs.
