This double CD is a live recording that took place in the Synergy Centre in Towson Maryland. Living Worship features 13 vocalists in a very lively performance that is impossible not to get immersed in, as they are lead in Andrae Crouch style into praise. The tracks feature storming songs like "El Elyon" that get the feet taping along with worshipful songs such as the wonderful "Grateful" and the awesome worship melodies at the end of disc two. One thing for sure - no two tracks are the same; Darien has the talent to stretch the musical boundaries with each song. Kirk Franklin comes to mind as someone else who has achieved the same. His smooth and soulful voice at times reminds me of Jon Gibson, which can't be bad. Worship-orientated gospel releases are coming thick and fast but this one is well above average.
