This is actually a re-release of the "Shout To The Lord 2000" video. You can tell because they didn't bother to change the DVD's menu screen! Even so, it actually comes from the 1998 conference, so don't expect to hear any brand new songs. It does contain some Hillsong classics though: "Can't Stop Talking", "All Things Are Possible", "Love You So Much" and of course the title song. Alvin Slaughter and Ron Kenoly supply some strong performances, but Darlene is the real star here. She is perhaps the most energetic, talented and professional worship leader of the last 15 years, and she is captivating here. Her strong and distinctive voice soars above the ridiculously large choir (they have pushed the musicians almost out into the wings) and urges the viewer to join the atmosphere of praise and adoration. The production is mercifully simple, with hardly any multi-media shenanigans, and without the showy lights, fireworks and inflatables that have infiltrated the Hillsong stage in recent years. It maybe a move back in time, but it's also a healthy move back to basics.
