I have this classic "live" lp (2 record set) by this top rockin ccm band. "Light of the World" starts off the list of songs from, 1980's "This Ain't Hollywood". I really like "Jericho" from 1979. Side 2 begins with the mellow "Alleyways of Strife" for their 1978 debut: the song has a great chorus. Followed by the 1979
"Mary";I love this song, especially the upbeat near the end. "Long Distance Runner" classic Degarmo & Key has a line for today, " you'll soon be home". A new song "Matter of Time" ends side 2. "Emmanuel" leads off on side 3; a rockin' fave from their debut lp: it is more than double the length of the album cut!
Followed by another new 6 minute song "Oklahoma Blues"; any blues listener would appreciate the 2 minute guitar intro. "Preacher..." another new song ends side 3; lyrics we are all familiar with. And yet, another new rockin song sports side 4, "Love One
Another". Too bad this rockin duo never put out another live album/cd; talk about a "JESUS MUSIC EXPLOSION!!" GOD Bless! - Don
