This 50's icon records quite an album of ccm songs. Simplified songs of faith, yet grabbing the listener where it counts. The album"s opening number "I Believe (sweet LORD JESUS) will always remain a top classic of ccm history: luv it!! Another song that is not soon forgotten is "Center of my Life"; some of the lyrics to the song are found written on the back cover of the lp. "The Truth will set you Free" is another stand out number; over 6 minutes in length and worth the listening pleasure. Another pop ccm classic is the last song on side 2, "Sweet Surrender"; it has that nice feel good sound. This is a great album to have if you collect ccm. GOD Bless! - Don
