I can think of no other CCM communicator who touches hearts quite in the way Don Francisco does. Sticking within his chosen musical formulae - a country-tinged acoustic hybrid - Don never fails in finding imagery and Scriptural truth which ministers while much, more streetwise music, simply entertains. This set is the same high quality as 'Vision Of The Valley' with some deft production touches from Don and Joe Bellamy including a magnificent choir on "Son Of Righteousness" and "Feed My Sheep" and a bluesy chorus (which includes Sly Stone's sister Rose Stone) on "Resting In Jesus" and "Does God Still Get The Blues". Don's unique forte, the Bible narrative song, is as strong as ever ("Just as the day was breaking, Jesus stood there by the sea/But none of us aboard that boat could tell that it was He/Til suddenly our net was full, as full as it could be/John said, 'It's the Lord!' and I rushed to him through the sea"). If Don's albums move you like they do me you'll definitely want to 'Come Away'.
