Don Marsh has been turning out easy listening albums targeted at Christendom for a couple of decades and if you've managed to miss this vast recorded output you haven't missed much. For Mr Marsh specialises in painfully bland arrangements. On this double set, leased from Brentwood Music, you get an uncredited pan-pipe player with the plodding orchestra doing medleys of hymns. On volume one here you get for instance, 'Rock Of Ages', 'He Hideth My Soul' and 'Hiding In Thee' segued together while volume two offers, 'What A Friend We Have In Jesus', 'Sweet Hour of Prayer', 'I Must Tell Jesus' and 'I'D Rather Have Jesus'. The effect of one album is numbing, by closing of two it's positively soporific. For sanctified lifts only.

I heard this CD in South Africa and have been trying to buy it. It is beautiful. How much does the 2 set CD cost and how do I purchase it?
