It seems that Integrity Music's policy of 'artist-less' praise albums is being eroded. For here the extremely talented composer and worship leader gets front coyer credit and even (gasp) a cover pic. The music? Quite beautiful. Don Moen has a richly warm smooth voice, and plays gentle, elegant piano while many of the songs like Moen's own worship classic "I Just Want To Be Where You Are" is a lovely opener. Personally, I could have done without the couple of over familiar Kendrick songs (but then, they're over-familiar to British worshipers rather than to the American market at which this album is primarily aimed). And the emphasis on worship (slow tempo) rather than praise (fast and mid tempo) makes for rather flat programming. But that misses their point. Listen to that sublime 'singing in the spirit' climax of Henry Smith's "Give Thanks" or Don's own lovely "God Will Make A Way". They will surely bless you
