A seemingly self produced effort by singer/songwriter Eddy, the songs being written between 1998 and 2000. This is fairly unspectacular rootsy soft pop which reminds me a little of Edie Brickell, although the comparisons stop here since Eddy is a bloke! Lyrically it's all a little obvious, although the writing is never clumsy. The overall impression gained is of a perfectly pleasant, inoffensive, yet somewhat characterless album.
