A very accessible smooth style that has reminiscent overtones of Ronny Jordan and George Benson. London-based guitarist Edison and his band certainly have talent and style making this a respectful and playable sound. Highlights for me include the mellow lilt of "Let It Go" with its slick guitar licks and vibraphonics. Next up is the title track that glides along on a smootchy, mesmeric vibe, featuring lots of atmospheric synth - sweet. The downside is that some tracks that are a bit shallow, verging on muzak, with a lack of variety of tempo and style. All in all though, Mr Herbert has a developing sound that I am confident will broaden and deepen.
