The Elevation Church in Charlotte, North Carolina, has grown phenomenally over the years and the worship music they create has been a spearhead for much of that growth. In fact, the church's founder and leader Steven Furtick even contributes a lyric or two here. Elevation Worship's sound has a strong EDM tinge and on a track like "Overcome" it could almost be something from a recent Hillsong United set. The epicentre of the album is the track "Fullness", previously heard in a studio version on the 'Speak Revival' EP but here its atmospheric call for us to come into the Holy Spirit's presence is truly uplifting. Maybe the three acoustic tracks on the end of this collection take away some of the album's impact, but overall 'There Is A Cloud' is just as attention-grabbing as their 'Here As In Heaven' album and this collective of singers, musicians and songwriters could well give the international Church a modern worship hit. My suggestion is it could be "Fullness".

Product Description
'I've seen you move, you move the mountains, and I believe, I'll see you do it again.'

Elijah went up to the top of Mount Carmel to pray. "Go and look toward the sea," he told his servant. And he went up and looked. "There is nothing there," he said. Seven times Elijah said, "Go back." The seventh time the servant reported, " A cloud as small as a man's hand is rising from the sea." 1 Kings 18:42-45

Revival is rising. Faith is stretching. Hope is being restored. Echoing this spirit of Elijah, it is the prayer of Elevation Worship, with the release of their new live album 'There is a Cloud', that these songs will usher in a new season of revival in our hearts, in our churches, and in our world. These new songs will fuel your faith and restore your hope as you draw closer to the heart of Christ.
