In a hectic world, it can be hard to find time and space to slip away and enter a sense of worship. From the first note to the last, the cooling tempo of Eugene's piano skills interrupt a world of stress and bathe a listener in the peace of the Holy Spirit. Although repetitive in various reprises, Andrea's singing floats harmonious Scriptures into the ambience, so that instead of floating off, a focus is maintained on Christ. Chicago-based Eugene & Andrea are a husband and wife team that demonstrate a fruitful and blessed marriage. They also have four boys. With Eugene playing keys for their church worship team, having trained as a composer and arranger, and Andrea having lead worship and being a vocal coach in a music department, the quality of their technical skills is not to be doubted. For an independent recording, the production is also top quality. Eugene and Andrea's aim has been to create songs that provoke listeners to thirst for God and long for his presence, and this recording is clearly successful in that aim. This is their fourth album. If you search it try playing it as part of your devotions with your partner.

This article was well-written and a true depiction of what Andrea and Eugene present in their music. Andrea was like a big sister to me at Tuskegee University. I used to sing with her in the University Concert Choir, University Gospel Choir and "The Sounds of Tuskegee."
I often observed people drifting into the presence of God as her voice filled the air---and what an awesome place to be. Keep up the good work!
