The gospel and rap genres have a decent pedigree of musicians who have become Pastors, but I can't think of a Pastor that went on to become a superstar. I don't think this CD will change that trend. Evangelist T and Sista D are Bible school graduates called Thomas and Dorothy, from Georgia in the USA. They clearly have a passion for Jesus and make that clear as their lyrics are spot on as they say it how it is. They clearly are not Hell bound anymore and intend to take as many people with them as possible. Trouble is they aren't going to reach many this way. The rapping is so Old Skool it is Pre-School. This is so 1979 that the rap is closer to talking and the backing singing in the choruses was karaoke. For an album that appears recorded and published from a garage it deserves respect for the heart attitude, but embarrassment for the quality of musicianship and production.
