The potential of the EP is obvious but due to budget etc the potential is never fulfilled. This is industrial with a death metal edge, but with no effects used, or samples 'Pierced' is more like a death metal EP with a drum machine. The best track was the first one, "Suffer". The guitar work was also quite good though I thought there was too much use of feedback, which tended to spoil the feel of the song. Hopefully with bigger budget Phil Sootheran can enter the studio, take advantage of the equipment and record a brilliant album. But in the meantime those who enjoy the heavier side of music you might want to check this out.
