A project where all profits are being donated to Comic Relief is hard to criticise. But despite a fascinating history (Frederick’s biog namechecks country, punk, flamenco, Indian music, English folk and reggae influences) this is a crudely arranged, repetitive mid tempo song with a far from convincing vocal. Even the contributions from the Bantock Primary School Choir and the Godsend Gospel Choir don’t begin to rescue it.
