I know what you were thinking. Back from the grave, the king of the big band sound has somehow returned, got saved and delivered a new album. Errr.Nope! This famously monikered Glenn Miller is in fact a 29 year old Irishman who has created a vibey studio recording of nine original worship songs embracing a variety of styles. The album wanders from the gentle acoustic sounds of worship songs like the piano ballad "All That I Want", "Jesus I Love You" and "All I Need" through to the rock praise energy of "The Wind" and the reggae rhythms of "Free Indeed". Generally the album has a crisp, clean production and the songs are of a good standard and there are some nice arrangements. If you're looking for some original songs and vibey worship, this has its moments. Shame about the ill advised rap at the start of "Free Indeed"!
