In case you didn't know, Grandpa Rock is the latest recording persona of one of the most inventive and long running talents in the whole world of rock, country and pop, Gary S Paxton. Now in is 70s, the arch eccentric makes a pretty good fist of singing the old Julie London ballad of the '50s, "Cry Me A River". Some might be disappointed that the rendition isn't as eccentric as the sleeve photo (showing Gary complete in cape and mask) but the track does show that, even in his 70s, Gary has talent aplenty.
