Intriguingly, the "Crew" are now down to one. Producer, songwriter Manwell Reyes has decided to carry on with Group 1 Crew even though Blanca left to have a baby and has now gone solo. Manwell is now bringing in guest singers and rappers for recording and gigging (despite what Wikipedia says, Sarah Sandoz is not a replacement for Blanca though she does sing on "Psalm 23" here). Overcoming the problems of an ever-decreasing personnel, Manwell here offers some of his most invigorating tracks for quite awhile. "The Wonder Years" featuring Mariah Peters and Glory is an effervescent pop R&B concoction while "Heaven" featuring mixmaster Jonathan Thulin and "Every Day Is A Miracle" with that seriously underrated singer Rachael Lampa are both well up to standard on this five-song EP. EP number two is already recorded so expect more soon from the seriously talented Mr Reyes.
