Lovely soft contralto/mezzo voice from Hazel, singing a Lee Abbey community home grown collection of songs. Ted Fletcher at Country Life Studio has done a competent job whereby you can hear good ambience of breathing flute, oboe and, of course, voice. Very worshipful throughout, light on the heavy rhythm, which will suit a lot of people I know. Criticism? Well, yes, the arrangements try to be unnecessarily clever and fussy at times and the electric piano is an early model. But the charm of the work is its quintessential^ Englishness and the very apparent love for the Lord Jesus which skilfully shines through. As a word of mouth seller it will do okay and should encourage Hazel - and the rest of the community - to do more.

I bought the CD at Lee Abbey a year or two ago. It had lost its label and therefore the words! I love it and it really speaks to me now that I am on my own having lost my beloved Geoff. I would love to have a printout of the words, if tha is possible.
