For anyone who was touched by Helen's testimony and description of her deliverance from drugs and the prayers of her grandmother captured in word and song on her last live album, the testimony continues here. Helen has been through a tough time and though her marriage hit the rocks in recent years, she tells here how she fought and won and found restoration.! Praise God! Her vulnerability and honesty shine through this collection of live songs that are a testimony to God's faithfulness. Always a class act, Helen has one of the great R&B voices and as always is supported by the best musicians (check out Abe Laboriel's phenomenal playing on 'Great Is Thy Faithfulness"). I love it when she gets funky on "Ministers Of Defence" or strident on what is destined to become her theme tune these days, "Still Here". She takes the classic Kononia instrumental "More Than A Feeling" and adds her own lyrics to great effect and when she sings "All Of Me", she abandons her soul to her Saviour. A moving moment. Helen has been ministering for 10 years now and her albums just keep getting better. This live debut for a new label marks the beginning of a new chapter and I can't wait for the next studio effort.
