Few churches have the expansive musical set up of Hillsong and as a consequence may have struggled to translate the big rock electric guitar-led worship of recent years into the context of the local church. Hillsong responded to requests for more intimate arrangements with this CD, recorded live at their smaller Chapel venue. Featuring the current Hillsong worship team, produced by Reuben Morgan and Hillsong Music Director Ben Fielding, it includes many of the popular Hillsong numbers of the last five years. So here we have "Hosanna", "Run", "You'll Come", "Saviour King", "This Is Our God", "From The Inside Out" and mega popular "Mighty To Save". As already mentioned the arrangements are rather more stripped down and subdued than recent Hillsong live albums, though with enough electric instrumental stop this from being a fully fledged acoustic series. Celeste Shackleton's beautiful cello playing was very fitting and made possible to shine in this subdued setting, especially on "Stronger", "You Hold Me Now" and "Mighty To Save". Overall, this is a quality album to listen to in personal devotions or to feed into local church worship.
