Kingsway really need to be congratulated. Having lost the Essential catalogue to Word in 1999 one momentarily wondered whether they would give up completely on non-UK albums. But rather they've brought to the British Church's attention the best of one of the most creatively vibrant and Jesus-focused scenes anywhere in the world. I talk of course about South Africa and anybody who's experienced the breathtaking effervescence of MIC or the gutsy honesty of Tree will know that South African musicianaries can deliver. Different again is this new (to me) team who specialise in pop dance. And fun it is too. With more hooks than a school cloakroom, a lady lead with one of those voices which is distinctive and enjoyable rather than distinctive and irritating (Aqua) and a sound which sounds dead right for today's pop radio, this is another SA unit with the ability to leave a mark on the British scene.
