Now living in Scotland, James in fact grew up in North Carolina. His Christian testimony is a stirring one, a lengthy battle against cancer and painful chemotherapy are part of it. James is an accomplished keyboards man with a nice way with pop-rock hooks though his unusual, high-octave voice won't be to everybody's tastes. Still, the man has obvious talent, a passion to communicate the gospel, and more or less overcomes the limitations of a small budget recording.
