This 2010 album was produced by Platinum-selling producer/songwriter Joe Archie (Virtue, The Tommies) and showcases a singer from the San Francisco gospel scene who clearly has taken in a wide range of influences. Styles here range from the acoustic rock of "Way Too Ordinary" to the jazz imbued "Due Season". There are also plenty of R&B grooves and on two tracks, the propulsive "Keep On Movin'" (which features some scorching sax from Eddie M who has worked with luminaries like Prince and Yolanda Adams) and the more laid back "Change", rappers Ian Searcy and Ramone Payne help give the songs urban appeal. Overall, a pretty strong set without being particularly groundbreaking.
