Jim has had some radio play on UCB's Inspiration station and I'd guess that the tender ballad here "Bow The Knee", penned by Chris Machen and Mike Harland, has the requisite strong melody, worshipful lyric and soaring arrangement (complete with two key changes) to appeal to Steve Green enthusiasts. Elsewhere, there's a sensitive reading of David Calone's "He's Waiting For Me" while Jim's interpretation of the Twila Paris oldie "Lamb Of God" is stirring too. Nothing too innovative here but Jim's a strong singer and the production, by George Hairr, is suitably slick.

Enjoyed the CD very much especially the song Bow The Knee. Does anybody know where I can purchase the Sheet Music for this song, I would like to introduce it to my home church

I enjoy listening to Jim Murphy! His songs are so beautiful. I love his song, "Taken Back". His voice sounds so real, strong and truly like he's singing in the Lord's light. I don't get that from most artists. It's like he's truly singing in the Lord's name. That's pretty powerful stuff!
