As with most of Mr Kee's stuff, this hurtles along, with a more than usual degree of intensity and passion. His voice is as strongly soulful as always, with his breath control certainly better on stage than in the opening basketball sequence. Hard rocking' choir though the overall recorded sound is a bit hollow and cavernous. The songs are just average, much of the tape is cliche-ridden and simplistic, and I can't say I found the interviews interesting. Vanessa Bell Armstrong displays her normal fiery aggression on two tracks, and JPK singing the first part of "I Know You" alone on stage made me want more solo exposure for his fine voice. So, patchy, but worth seeing.
