'Light My Way' is Julia's independently released EP debut. Recorded in Accra, Ghana and mastered in the UK this release showcases Julie's classy voice that is occasionally reminiscent of '70s disco singer Randy Crawford, especially evident on the track "My Vow". "Light My Way" and "I Will Worship", saying that no one can do the things that God can do, are softer worship songs. The material here was co-written by the singer and the EP's co-producer Tom Bright-Davies. Overall, the EP shows Julia has a fine voice but suffers from a dated feel. There are better gospel worship projects out there I'm afraid.
