Back in CR56, when Admiral Cummings reviewed Julian's earlier effort 'Live From My Bathroom', he remarked on the wistful quality of the material compared to the simple, basic acoustic production and Julian's rather ordinary vocal talent. This follow up is more of the same, with a few more production effects, another batch of 14 songs (most of which are a tad short, the total play time is just over 43 minutes), and Julian's straightforward, simple delivery. The songs are, as per the earlier CD, generally cliche-free, and whilst Julian's vocal style may not appeal to some, this might be worth investigating if you like your music to make you think.
