This is the second album from Scottish born singer Julie McLean. She is a trained opera singer, has sung with Opera Viva and Pro-Musica Opera Chorus in London and has been guest soloist at the Festival Of Christian Music in Croydon for the last two years. It is an interesting collection of 13 songs including classics like Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Love Changes Everything", Richard Carpenter's "Top Of The World", Graham Kendrick's "All I Once Held Dear" and "Oh Holy Night". While "Love Changes Everything" demonstrates the quality of Julie's voice; my personal favourite songs, "Made To Worship You" and "Lord We Worship You", come from the pen of Rosanne Tynas and "Burn Holy Fire", by Paul Tynas, all of which could be readily used in worship services. It is a very good album but there were times when I felt that the keyboard backing would have been strengthened by the use of an orchestra and choir.
