As well as the nine oldies and three new songs featured on the "regular compilation" (catchy teen pop from the 'Dreaming In Color', 'Accelerate', 'All The Time In The World' and 'Jump5' albums) this 'Special Edition' offers a bonus CD Rom. If I were you I wouldn't make too much of an effort to secure this version of the package unless you've already gobbled up the two volumes of Jump5's 'Open Mic Karaoke' and think the CD Rom's guide to their dance steps might be useful as you plan the launch of a Jump5 tribute band (Jump4 seems an obvious name choice seeing how the originators have trimmed down in size!). The main extra you get on the CD Rom is a VideoDirector system which, when installed, will give you a computerised representation of the choreography of the group. Also offered are such dubious delights as the trailer to the "Angel Wars" animated film and the facility to store your J5 videos. Despite the sleeve's promise of "high quality models and animation," I have to report that the animation is, in fact, abysmal. The rating is for the CD compilation. If I'd had to rate the CD Rom alone it would have got three or even two squares.
