This is the sixth album by Regis Jones aka K-Drama, who is a talented rapper/producer and has here teamed up with Cross Movement Records. K-Drama has built up a reputation of being a hard working, innovative lyricist and to quote his web page "delivering crunk anthem type music that motivates the listeners to do right". The lyrical theme of 'We Fit' - (not Wii Fit!) is the clever mix between physical fitness statements and a link with our Spiritual condition. The rapper has woven these themes throughout the lyrics so here we get tracks like "Get Your Weight Up", "Gotta Run" and "ABnormal". Many of the numbers here are perfect if you want to work those pounds off, as most songs are in the up to mid tempo range. K-Drama also demostrates his lyrical innovativeness on songs like "Hope They Ain't Lying", as he asks listeners whether we feel confident about the food we eat with all the pesticides etc used in its production. He then questions whether leaders in the Church are preaching the authentic word of God or are they watering down the message. The album contains 18 tracks so you get plenty for your money and has numerous guests helping out with perhaps the best known being Sean Slaughter. Maybe not a classic but still an imaginative album.

Product Description

1 Timothy 4:7-8 says, “Train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value but godliness has value for all things.” K-Drama cleverly illustrates the parallel between physical fitness and the exercising of godliness in his release We Fit: The Workout Plan.

Using exercise jargon and losing weight as an analogy, K-Drama exhorts believers to get in shape spiritually and challenges them to grow strong in the Lord by exercising faith and maintaining a healthy spiritual diet.
