This is a truly wonderful, gentle, inspirational worship CD from a Leeds-based singer/songwriter with all songs written by Karen, and with her playing acoustic guitar. With many of the songs inspired by various psalms and all scripturally based this is a solid foundation album. It is what track six is titled, "Standing On The Rock". It is hard to pick a favourite track because they are all melodic and just flow into one's spirit. This is truly a CD to lie down and chill out with God to.
