US-based songwriter and worship leader Kathleen Fowle's previous releases have had Celtic and ambient tinges to them. Her fourth release sees her tread a more mainstream pop path with a collection of self-penned songs inspired by Scripture and produced for the most part by renowned Nashville producer Jeff Nelson (Ron Kenoly, Cindy Morgan). One of Fowle's main aims is to communicate God's love. Songs like the title track speaks of God's releasing love and the guitar-driven praise song "I Will Fly" certainly fit the bill. Whilst not the most musically adventurous of albums, this is a competent enough release and the inclusion of deft touches such as a Celtic whistle on "At Your Feet" and some U2-like drums and guitar interaction on "Give It All" take their respective tracks to the next level. Occasionally, Fowle's pronunciation makes it difficult to make out the words and, whilst she doesn't have the strongest of voices, she gives an honest and heartfelt performance throughout - especially in the searching "Is It Love" which is arguably the highlight of this God-glorifying release.

This reviewer missed the point of the CD entirely. It's about getting free, Jesus came to set us free, to fly free. There is no song entitled "I will fly." The song I think he is referring to is "I Will Rely" and it is piano driven. I beg to differ re: Kathleen's vocals. They are anointed & bring healing. When Kathleen released this CD she did a lot of new things. I think the reviewer was not truly listening or listened only to samples -- there are plenty of adventures to remind one to look up to God for hope, love and to be set free. If you are looking for something to sound like everything else, this is not it. But if you want a strong message with new music aptly undergirding lyrics, this is a good choice. I give it a 9-10.
