This six-song EP from Oldham-based worship singer/songwriter Kevin is a prime example of how independent artists can often hold their own alongside major label worship releases. Recorded in conjunction with multi-instrumentalist Andy Green and solely written by Porter, songs such as the opener "Nothing In All Of Creation" and "Everlasting Love" are accomplished praise songs that set the scene for a collection of pounding guitar-driven tracks that reflect Porter's love of God. The driving nature of the material requires Porter to give a strong vocal performance but his voice also boasts a fragile quality that works well in some of this collection's more tender moments - most notably in the standout track "Daddy You Love Me". Despite an attempt to add some variety to proceedings with the inclusion of the acoustic title track, more diversity in terms of style is needed to keep the listener's attention and to create some distinction between what are similar sounding tracks. Nonetheless, this does not take away from the fact that this is a very promising release from an up and coming worship man.
