The live soaking sessions are recordings of live extended times of spontaneous worship. This volume was recorded in Franklin, Tennessee in December 2005 prior to Sunday morning worship. The result is a continuous recording (with overdubs) of the landscape of worship that took place. Often the tracks are not songs in the usual sense, but more an eavesdropping on worship to the Saviour. However, there are some songs featured including the self-penned "The Way You Love Me" and "Lord I Receive". I personally found this unusual recording refreshing and uplifting, and a welcome break from the often-well rehearsed, controlled live worship recordings often found today. Ideal for focusing on worship.
