Tooth & Nail's Mars Hill Records actually released this five-song EP by the radical collective in 2012 but it's taken three years for Cross Rhythms to get their hands on a copy. It was well worth the effort. "Come Thou Long Expected Jesus" is brought to life with surging brass and an arrangement which is dramatic but never bombastic while both "O Holy Night" and "O Come All Ye Faithful" show off the husky resonance of the lead singer's voice to good effect. All in all a highly acceptable Christmas offering.
