Ten zillion light years away from the criminal Cedarmont atrocities, Lawrence, the heavily eyebrowed one, has struck out on his own to tell you all about the Bible. Musically it's a pretty good shot at producing songs with a strong message and music that's relevant to kids. Produced by David (Nails the bloodhound) Mullen, who wrote most of the songs, and including Michael Anthony Taylor as Kool Kat Lawrence, this is food for fundamentalists and I mean FUN damentalists! Seriously FUNky and with some really funny moments, like when he calls 911 to ask for help finding his Bible and prefaces the call by saying "Don't try this at home kidz!" There's loads of wise crack one liners, in-jokes and even a take off of Wheel Of Fortune called "Wheel Of The Word" which is a wacky Bible quiz! My favourite song is "Loving God Is Dangerous" which has echoes of Smokey's "Tears Of A Clown" and the Beach Boys' "Good Vibrations" somewhere in there! Bet you never thought you'd get those kind of influences in a kids' album but then this is no ordinary album.
