Gutsy, abrasive rock from an excellent new UK four-piece, the opener is another call for that spiritual revolution that Yfriday have been singing about so effectively. Lead singer and guitarist Rich Miles has an unusual yet intriguing voice, the guitars are satisfactorily ferocious and there’s a slightly retro feel about it all. Most important, the hooks here will ensure it a bit of radio exposure. A most satisfactory debut from a good new band.
