America's Justin Murr again brings in special guests to pack out his latest album with talent and finesse. Guests on this latest Liberty N Justice volume include Phil Collen (Def Leppard), Oz Fox (Stryper), Les Carlsen (Bloodgood) and Kerri Kelly (Alice Cooper). The presence and musicianship that these guys bring to the album is invaluable. The album kicks off with the pounding title-track and the powerhouse vocals from Phil Lewis (LA Guns) light up the song. Despite the vocalists changing continually throughout the CD, the '80s-esque approach to classic rock do not. For fans of the timeless old-school sound this will be a bonus, for others the defiantly retro approach may get too much, especially considering there are 14 tracks. The guitar riffs on this album rarely cease, except for the soft ballad, "Every Reason To Believe", which is surprisingly effective. The stand-out songs are definitely, "Treading On Serpents", "Man Vs Mother Nature" and "Wrestling With God". I found that every now and then a song will come on that I'm not sure about, but then a guitar solo would rip through my doubts. If you like guitar-driven classic rock, this album is a must.
