Reviewed by Tony Cummings

When I reviewed volume one in CR66 I enthused about the lush string writing, the perfectly integrated Celtic instrumentation and the quality of composer/producer/conductor Keith Getty’s work. This new project brings similar praise and if I miss the haunting tones of Maire (or is that Moya?) Brennan heard so effectively on the first volume, I must confess that America’s Kristyn Lennox is a magnificent replacement. Possibly the impact isn’t quite as stark as it was first time around but this is still quality Celtic music demonstrating a worship heart.
