Ex Shenandoa lead singer Marty Raybon comes back to his bluegrass roots with this very fine album. It is not a gospel album as such, but like many top quality bluegrass releases, it does include two or three gospel tracks. However, having seen Marty recently singing and talking about his faith on the 700 Club, one is left in no doubt that he is singing from the heart with his self-titled "All In The Hands Of Jesus". The 13 tracks on this album comprise two or three classic bluegrass songs from Bill Monroe, Flatt And Scruggs and Jimmy Martin, plus a couple of re-workings of former Shenandoa songs. Personally I think “Webster's Definition” detracts as it is just a re-working of “Gentle On My Mind”, however, the rest of the album is very strong material and very much worth adding to your collection.
